Spicy pineapple gelatin

INGREDIENTS

  • Water
  • Jelly Gelatin Pineapple Flavor
  • Pineapple
  • Chili powder

 

Every bag makes 3/ 4 of a gallon.

 

Step 1

Boil water up to 75°C (167°F).

Step 2

Take out a pineapple flavored Jelly Gelatin package contents in a bowl and pour 1 lt (33.81oz)

of warm water. Stir slowly but constant until dissolved.

Step 3

Bring down temperature by pouring another 2 lts (67.62 oz) of cold water and blend it altogether.

Step 4

Pour 175 ml (5.9 oz) of the mixture in each glass and take them into the refrigerator for around 30 minutes.

Step 5

Simultaneously, cut fresh pineapple into pieces and cover it with chili powder. (Approximately 4 g (0.14 oz) of chili for 100 g (3.5 oz) of fruit).

Step 6

End up with a third layer of 45 g (1.5 oz) of spicy pineapple and 45 ml (1.5 oz) of neutral gelatin. Take glasses back to refrigerate for 30 minutes.
