Strawberries and yogurt jelly

INGREDIENTS

  • Milk & Water
  • Jelly Gelatin Neutral Flavor
  • Strawberry
  • Yogurt Natural Flavor

Each package makes 3⁄4 of a gallon.

Step 1

Boil water up to 75°C (167°F).

Step 2

Empty the contents of a neutral Jelly Gelatin package and quick and firmly stir in 1000 ml(33.8

oz) of warm water with a spatula or a globe until dissolved.

Step 3

Cool down the mixture by adding 1000 ml (33.81 oz) of cold milk and 1000 ml (33.81 oz) of cold natural flavor yogurt.

Step 4

Pour 180 ml (6 oz) of the mixture into each glass and refrigerate for around 30 minutes.

Step 5

Simultaneously, wash and cut fresh strawberries into pieces. After this, add 40 g (1.4 oz) of the fruit and 45 ml (1.5 oz) of neutral gelatin on the top to make a second layer.

Step 5

Take glasses into the cooler for another 30 minute.
